Welcome to Bible Breathe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bible Breathe mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Bible Breathe is a mobile application designed to provide users with daily Bible quotes, streak tracking, and personal reflection features.

2. Use of the App

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 4 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

  • License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Restrictions: You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

    • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Premium Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)

  • Service: Bible Breathe offers a "Premium" subscription that unlocks unlimited quotes, categories, and reminders.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are handled via the Apple App Store. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Refunds: All billing and refund requests must be handled through Apple.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • App Content: All graphics, designs, icons, and software are the property of Bible Breathe (owned by Gurjot Singh).

  • Bible Text: Bible verses provided in the App are sourced from public domain or licensed versions of the Bible.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data. Most of your engagement data (streaks, liked quotes) is stored locally on your device.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in Bible references and categorizations, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bible Breathe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
